I have used a Steeler's Choice Easy Rider for years; I think it is a beautiful product. Because it is so nice, I have always wanted to get a protective gig bag for it, and I finally found one at Studio Slips. They are the only bag maker I have found that actually knows what a steel seat is, and offers bag for the Easy Rider in their line. The standard style uses a slot opening to access the seat handle, but I opted for a wrap-around duffle-style handle, which I find to be much more reliable. They offer two padding weights; standard, and double. I went with standard, but might prefer the double-thick padding if I actually saw it. The standard bag features what they call a "Clamshell" opening, but I suggested to Cole that a"lunchbox" opening that only zips around the top might be preferable for steel seats. At any rate, I'm very pleased to have found this at last; I wish I'd had it all along.
