Here's one that covers a lot of territory. I'll sell you my copy (still like new) with the 2 CDs for $15, shipped.

There are free courses online. I looked at this one briefly and it seems pretty user-friendly. https://tonedear.com/
Some others look a bit wonky, but maybe that’s just me.

You could also go to your App Store and search for Ear Training.

If you’re looking for a live personal trainer, good luck.
