What do you guys prefer,,, volume pedal before or after reverb pedal? If volume pedal before,, does the dynamics damper the feed to reverb? If you go straight to reverb,, will dynamics hit the pedal to get the effect "better"?

Thanks!
Scott

Definitely VP before Reverb, otherwise the VP kills the reverb tail which is after all the point of having reverb.

I agree with Dave. I do run my NU-X Atlantic delay/reverb pedal in my effects loop in my amps, but would run reverb and delay after the volume pedal if I wasn't using an effects loop.

Thanks guys

It's how I've setup my rig, but just wondering.

Richard (or others) - so you like the nux Atlantic? I've been really thinking about getting that one on the board.

Thanks again
Scott

I love the Atlantic. If you have a trs cable the breaks out into 2 ts plugs, you can insert the trs plug into the INPUT on the pedal and insert the 2 ts plugs into the in and out jacks of the effects loop. It works great.

Any effect with tails (reverb, delay, etc) needs to be after the volume pedal.
