This is my design and build, using an Emmons neck and push pull changer.
My first iteration of this concept involved a completely removable neck with storage inside. Cabinet drop was an issue so I compromised and this was the result:
This guitar plays great, and no issue with cabinet drop.
I don't have pedals installed yet on this new keyless drawer "emmons," so I can't measure cabinet drop, but based on my previous experimentation, I don't think it will be an issue. |
