Hello, my Steelaire sounds great and functions perfectly, but I have tried using my pedal board with an amp sim preamp pedal to connect into the FX return jack of the Steelaire only to encounter hum. The pedals on the board are being powered by a Cioks power supply.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this configuration with their Quilter and if a similar issue arose.

Thank you

I have used a pedalboard and Revelation Preamp into the Tone Block 202 Effects Return and it has worked very well. It sounds like you are experiencing a ground loop, try reversing the polarity the power supply at the AC plug, it's not "supposed" to make any difference but I have found that it definitely does, at least with my gear.
