Doug Firebaugh Steel Player?

Thanks again to Spotify started to listening to Doug Firebaugh. It seems he only made 1 album in 1975 the year before I was born. I can find no information on him or hardly any. The pedal steel on this album is unbelievable, sparse and to the point. The songwriting is so good I would think this would be better known.
