Al,
Can you tell me anything about this guitar player with the Rickenbacker? Is it Jimmy Colvard? If so, what was his tuning, do you know? Thanks

The guitar player is Rod Steiger and if that ain't Johnny Paycheck (Donny Young) singing harmony, then eggs ain't poultry! Whoa!

Thanks Al,
I guess I took a wild stab and I missed.
So who is this and what's the story behind that 6 string bass sound he's got?
Between him ,Sonny, Johnny, and George you got quite a combo.

That is a track they performed for TV or a movie. Usually only the singing is live in these situations.. I would guess its either Grady Martin or Pete Wade's guitar playing from the recording.
