Hey all

I watched a re run of the movie "The Ten Commandments" recently. I was honored to meet Charlton Heston, a number of years ago. My little hand disappeared into his huge hand, as we shook hands.

I thought I might tab the tune, "Exodus" for E9 pedal steel guitar. It's only 7 pages long.

I based it on the recording by "Andy Williams"

Anyone wanting a copy, please apply here, leaving an email address to send it to , before the August 10th 2024.

With kind regards

J.R.

Hi John,

I would love a copy of that song. Our 6th grade class performed that song and I have enjoyed that ever since. I have unsuccessfully attempted to figure that out on my pedal steel and just can't get it to my satisfaction. I know it won't be an easy one, but I would like to try.

Thanks.

The song is This Land is Mine. I learned the tune years ago. Could never find anyone else who knew or could play it so it sank to the bottom of the list and out of sight.

Great tune, somewhat dated according to some experts I know, but it's a nice exercise even if you just have to play along to the tracks by yourself.

I don't need the tab, but best of luck to those of you who are getting it and mucho thanks to John Russell for this and all the other tunes he has made available.

Thanks John, I received the tab today. It looks like a winner. Probably be a long time for me to a handle on it, but I certainly will give it a try. Thanks again.

Hi John,

I dont know the song, I like TABs that are 7-9 pages long, they fit on my huge TAB board. If you are tabbing it, it has to be good Smile

BRGDS

Charles.

I will PM you my e-mail.
