For sale is my Korg WT-12 tuner. When I was starting to learn pedal steel in 1978, there was not much info I could find. There was a pedal steel article in Guitar Player magazine, then the PSGA, and that was about it. One of the Guitar Players blurbs was about this tuner and how to tune "beatless", a.k.a. just intonation, using this tuner. I bought one, learned the procedure and it sounded great to me! I used this for years with my D10 P/P, checking or adjusting my tuning 2 times per set, 6 sets a night without a problem. It was a little hassle to turn the dial to every note played, but I didn't care, it made my steel sound great, and I believe it helped in my progress.
I don't use it anymore, now using a combination of a petersen tuner and my good 'ole ear, so it's for sale.
$45 including shipping, lower 48 only.
Thanks for looking!
No manual of any kind is included. It's pretty straightforward, calibrate it to "A".
