1970 (I believe) silverface Fender Twin Reverb tube amp for sale.
Purchased in Austin, TX within the last 2 years. Currently located in Marfa, TX - Big Bend region, middle of nowhere West Texas - but could arrange a pickup if you or someone you know is coming through the area. Can't ship it.
Asking $1,000 - I’m ultimately selling this at a loss after the work I had done on it.
Sounds great - all channels working. Reverb sounds killer.
Only thing that does not work is the vibrato/tremelo - but - I believe you need a foot switch to make that function at all on these amps? So it might work. (I’m not an expert on this stuff, sorry.)
This amp has been passed around between various Texas musicians through its life, so I can’t speak to what components are original or not. But it has newer (mid-2000’s?) speakers from Austin Speaker Works - plus all new tubes installed alongside other work done in April 2024.

You are correct. Or you can just stick a shorted out rca plug on the trem jack. |
