I recently bought a old MSA D12, I,ve owned a lot of MSA guitars but this one is somewhat different, it is rosewood mica on top with black front apron and black on the sides of the necks, also it has a black mica strip groved in the pedal board about a inch wide, ser# is 2C169 JL, the guitar has a maple body, the under side has no flocking, thanks for any info. |

If someone from MSA sees this post they may come on site and give you some information on the guitar.
Go to MSA's web site and send them an E-Mail with the Serial number. They have Mr. Andersons records and may be able to help you. |

Sounds like a very early "Micro" model that someone has customized or refurbished. Probably made in mid 1973, I'd guess. |

I believe the guitar is earlier than 1973. I had MSA D10 4331 Mr. Anderson said, "He could not find the exact date, But he was sure it was born in 1973.
4162 guitars would back it some time. |
