Derby Replacement Pickup Selector Switch

I went to change necks while practicing yesterday and the whole switch got pushed inside the steel.

I was able to get it fixed, but it is at best a temporary fix.

Does anyone know of a source for these types of switches?:

Maybe there's a part number or manufacturer on the back side. I own a Derby SD10 3x5 and it has the same switch for tapping the pickup humbucker to single coil. Some were never hooked up or used.
