Inside thread is 6/32
Length I need is l 1/4 in

Only source I know for that length. #5 nut s/b the correct size for 6-32 threads.

Is that 1.25"? And what is the diameter of the rods these are for? If you don't have a micrometer to measure the rods tell us what brand/model guitar they are for.

All nuts we stock are 3/16 od. As for the id they come drilled for any nut you need. For a .125 you will need a #5 nut. Nylon nuts make there own thread the first time there installed. If you wish a specific thread that can be done at time of purchase. The length is whatever you specify you need
