Serial # 11635, most likely built in Feb of 1977. Guitar looks to be all original, with the exception of the pickup, which I believe to be a George L, however there's no visible branding on it. Measures to around 17k ohms.
3x4, standard Emmons set up, Es on left. RkL raises 1 a whole tone and lowers 6 a whole tone. RkR lowers 2 with a half stop, and 9.
The second owner bought it and the guitar was set up by Chuck Back about ten years ago, and then lived in the case ever since. The original owner clearly put a lot of hours on it, however it remains super solid.
2over2 changer, two hole bellcranks, with nylon tuners, round cross shafts, and teardrop knee levers, made before they starting using pot metal in the undercarrige. While it is faint with age, the factory sticker says inspected by PF. The action is super light, and this is an incredibly fun steel to play, unfortunately I just can't justify keeping it. It has an obligatory cigarette burn on the arm pad, and the finish has faded, as they do.
asking $2750 plus shipping
