I have a Dobro model 60-D that I got about twenty years ago. It has a slotted peghead. The tuners have finally worn out. The tuning gears have worn out and won't connect with the tuning worm to move the tuning shaft. I'd like a recommendation for a set of new tuning machines that will last another twenty years if possible. Thanks.

Waverly.
I had some Grovers where the plastic cracked and despite the lifetime warranty I was unable to even make contact with them let alone make a claim.
