Vintage 1946 GIBSON BR-4 LAP STEEL GUITAR CASE

This is an original case from a 1946 or 1947 Gibson BR-4 lap steel. I don't know what other lap steels it fits but I'm guessing that Gibson produced more than one lap steel with the same body size as the BR-4 model.

No significant issues. The case is in overall very good condition, some might say excellent, and all parts (hinges, latches, handle, cleats) are still intact. The tweed covering is largely unblemished as is the purple lined interior. No musty smells. Very difficult lap steel case to find in any condition and this case is in very good condition.
