Does anyone know where I can find those nylon tunning nuts for the older MSA's and what size are they? I checked on PSGparts.com and they are not found.

Thanks Wayne, I just found a bag of 2,000 of these nylon tunning nuts in my basement, I ordered them ages ago, and forgot about them, they are still in pretty good shape just need to be cut down.

Old original MSA Classic 1/8 Rods were made with 6-40 threads, Some make 1/8 and use 5-40 threads on them. I have 6-40 die and 6-40 taps. I at 1 time owned 2 MSA Classic steels a D10 and S10. Any parts I made I duplicated MSA's specifications so everything could be switched without problems.

Unless you are working on a Quad-80-string Giga-Universal, I would be interested in buying a set out of these 2000 nylon tuning nuts, Steven!

Thanks!... J-D.
