Before I started building steels myself, I wanted a custom steel, the choices for me were Excel & Williams, then I discovered Lamar's awesome steels. A tough choice, but the Lamar hit on all the features I wanted. Lamar was a delight to deal with as well.

This is a really nice guitar, Lamar Colvin builds great instruments. This guitar features his linear changer (not knife edge), the only truly linear changer I've ever seen....linear meaning it pulls the strings straight with no bending.

With Lamar's permission I utilized part of his tuner design when designing the new Sierras I build.

Good luck on the sale!

Ross,
Thanks for the info and the correct identification for the changer, this one of a kind steel is heading to Barcelona, via Chicago.

Please mark as sold.
