E9: Sinatra intro #2 - "That's Life" intro

From the 1966 album “That’s Life.”

This one goes out to steelers that use an effect pedal to get an organ sound, specifically a Hammond B3-ish tone. I use a Boss SY-1 synth pedal set to:

Organ – Variation 4
Effect and Tone – 12 o’clock or to taste.

The intro to Sinatra’s “That’s Life” was done by Mike Melvoin, a member of LA’s famous “Wrecking Crew.” One of his daughters, Wendy, went on to play in Prince’s band, The Revolution.
