I bought a used Telonics Multi-Taper pedal from a Forum member last year. A few weeks ago it stopped working and the diagnostic lights said that I needed to send it in so I got hold of Telonics and they said send it in and they will check it out.

Next thing I know it show up in the mail, completely repaired. Invoice said "replaced electronics" and the cost was $0.00!

Suffice to say they sure stand behind their products, and what a great product! Hard for me to use any other volume pedal.

Telonics stands behind their products 100%. I had a Telonics VP stop working and I sent it back. Turned out a paper clip found it's way inside and shorted something. They sent it back fully funtional with the paperclip in question. No charge!!

Dave and his whole team are fantastic, I have been a long time user of Telonics equipment and never had anything let me down yet! ... and if something did require some attention I know they would take care of it without question !
Can't ask for more than that !!
