Anyone know what happened to their site? The only thing in the shop now is a switch. |

There was an upgrade to the software Friday and since then it's been throwing this error. I've submitted a ticket but i have no idea as to when it will be resolved. I'm doing all I can on my end to try and fix the issue but have been unsuccessful at this point.
New website, new problems. The software is all cloud based and not local on my machine so there's little I have control over.
Please be patient.
Thanks,

This is a reply I got to my query last week. I'm still waiting for the site to come alive too. Michael says be patient, so I guess we will have to be. It'll be worth the wait I'm sure. |

Ugh. I've done two successful orders on the site, the last on 3/11. This problem has come up since then. What a drag to be tied up with bad tech. |

I see some improvements but it's still red flagged at the home page. I have a short order to place, but I'm waiting until the site is determined to be fully functional. |

I'm hoping Michael will let us know when the site is functional again. So far, still red flagged as of today.
I should have ordered my parts earlier when it was working because I'm getting anxious to get my Fender finished now.
Snooze you lose. Lesson learned. If you're in the market for something better get it while it's available, particularly in our community. Such a narrow demographic, so vendors, mfgs., may not be around forever. |

I guess you can browse the site, but it won't do you much good because it's still red flagged with a warning not to use it...last time I checked just an hour or so back. |

By using Michaels web site he listed. You can shop the catalog, There is a phone number at the top of the page. 1 (602)-315-6732 figure out your order, Make a list, Have Credit card handy, Call the number. May get lucky and someone answers the phone, And take your order. |

I'm quite aware of all his contact information. I was under the impression that he wanted orders to be done through his website which is still not working and red flagged as not to be used. There's also a security risk warning at times.
I'd be happy to use another avenue provided he invites me to do so. |
