My Lacquer D-10 on Display at Dallas. Guitar was originally built for Tommy Alexander who passed away. Mickey Adams got the guitar and I was lucky to purchase it from him.

Here is my pair of number ones:
- D10 Prestige 9&8 Prototype (first D10 Prestige)
- SD10 Prestige 4&5 (first SD10 Prestige)

If you mean a lacquer finish vs the common formica an example would be the one above built for Tommy Alexander which is two toned on the front having the red strip down the center front apron. You may have meant something else so if I misunderstood that simply disregard this. Beautiful guitars

Yes that is what I meant I would have said lacquer but not all steels are lacquered.. some are poly uratane.. thanks for the reply..

I've wanted to get this Little Beauty under the Oat Tree for pictures in the front yard, but my lawn isn't picture ready cause my sprinkler system is being repaired, but till then there's this. Incredible sounding guitar with 9x9 and 705's.
