Looking for tuning knobs for late 50’s champ lap steel.

Hi guys, I’m looking for a replacement tuning knob for my champ lap steel. I’m wondering where I can buy them, there’s an old post on here about it but I can’t seem to get the links to work. If somebody could provide info about the model, I would appreciate it. I would be open to buying chrome or off-white ones as well.
