I custom ordered this from Beard and received it in 2017. As much as I love it, my musical priorities have shifted and it's a shame to see it gathering dust. Time to find it a new home!
It's a model E Odyssey - the "Odyssey" part being the central soundhole instead of ports on each side. I was able to test-drive a number of Beard guitars and found that the central soundhole increased the bass projection considerably. This is definitely a modern-sounding resonator, with extended highs and lows compared with a more traditional guitar, and tons of volume.
The string spacing is 0.345" at the nut and 0.448" at the bridge. The scale is 25". The body and neck are all solid flamed maple, and the fretboard is ebony with a little brown in it. Everything is original except the strings and in close to mint condition. Original TKL case included.
I'm asking $ including Paypal fees and shipping within the US. Contact me for international shipping as I'll have to figure out the cost.

It's currently set up in A6, with A on the bottom and E on top. |
