Is the Lawrence 705 pickup still being manufactured? |

I don't think so as they are not listed on the Wilde Pickups website. They say that if you are looking for a 705, you will like the XR-16. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . There is a manufacturer out there that is still making 705 pickups since Becky doesn't make them anymore. Mullen has been and still is installing them on new guitars and people like them. |

The 705 pickups are available from Sill Music Supply.

I believe there was a person who bought the rights/patent/license/etc from Bill Lawrence to make these pickups, with the design specs of the Lawrence 705, some years back. _________________ Magnum D10, Emmons D10 push-pull
