Are you looking for the adjustable lower return springs at the right endplate? The ones with the tapered end where the screw fits?

If you post a pic and dimensions, many steel guitars use the same type and size of springs.

Also, all the Derby inventory was sold at auction a year or so ago. There is one seller on ebay with the name of pairadocks that lists some parts although I don't see any springs.

Might check with Wayne Brown as this post indicates something may be in the works.

Thanks Jerry for that...I really appreciate the help. you are right about the gentleman on ebay. I have been in contact with him and have a list of his inventory. However he does not have any return springs. That was the first thing I asked him for about 6 months ago Smile. Anyways you are also right.... because I could not find any springs for my next build we are going to go into the spring business as well. We will be building and start the testing faze for a couple different designs of return springs within the next 2 weeks. (Emmons/Derby and Fessenden styles) I will keep you and Justin informed.
Thanks
Wayne

Hey Jerry, that’s exactly what I’m looking for, I’ve been in contact with pairadocks on eBay for some other parts I also asked him quickly after finding out he had parts Very Happy

I also reached out to Wayne he was kind enough to respond back email and here. I was able to make something work for now and I have a few ideas I’m thinking will work more long term until I can get my hands on something from Wayne that will likely be better than I can do I’m sure haha.
