SD10 Fessenden help.

I need someone to possibly go over my Fessenden SD-10 E9 that has 4 pedals (4th Franklin) and 5 levers. I think it needs a thorough maintenance with maybe some re-balancing of the rods and bell cranks. I live in Madison, WI and have had little success so far from the local shops in being able to get nay help. Have worked on it myself and is going very slowly with my limited knowledge. Let me know if there is someone local that can do this kind of work. I live in the Madison area near the belt line where it intersects with hwy 18. Any info is much appreciated.
