Does anyone know of a holder you can "slip-on" the support board (for floor pedals) so the volume pedal can't slide around? I haven't seen anything like this and I need it as I described.

This what you mean? This is the one Goodrich makes. There are several other styles like Emmons, Sho-Bud...been around the forum....depends on what brand and style of pedal you have.

Mullen makes a nice two piece bracket. One piece attaches to the pedal bar, the other piece to the volume pedal. Easy to attach and remove the pedal, and secure when moving your guitar with the pedal attached.
