Height Extender for my Emmons d10

Does anyone have any leads on where I can get a height extension kit for my Emmons? I think I need at least 2 maybe 3 inches of lift.

You can get two inch rod extenders from the Forum store. Your big box hardware store will have shaft collars to fit the front legs to get the pedal bar to accommodate the raise.
