I just got done working on an older MSA D10 8x4, serial #2C5119. Can someone tell me what year this was built? It has a beautifully figured birdseye cabinet and necks. It was originally emerald green, but has now faded to brown. It also has thin gold pinstripes instead of inlay on the necks and cabinet.

I'd guess it was built in early '76, around March or April.

Go to MSA web site and send them an E-mail, They have all of Mr. Anderson's records, And are good for looking up old MSA guitar birth dates.
