Can someone please give me a clear understanding of the difference in the USA & abroad Peavey Nashville 112 amps?
I own one of both of these amps, one with the black/silver knobs and one with the chicken head knobs. I have put them side by side to see if I could hear a difference in these amps, they both sounded equally good to me. I would appreciate anyone that can give me the technical difference if that's it, or just what is the driving difference in these amps? |

Depending on the date of manufacture, factory installed speakers may be different. |

Aren't the chips epoxied in on the Chinese version? Jack Stoner says "the difference was no chip sockets and instead chips soldered directly to the circuit board" _________________ Dick Lotspeich

Back in April 2022 I did a post about the difference in the Blue Marvel vs the new Celestian speaker and Bill Ferguson answered with a test done for Peavey between the two amps. You might go back to that thread. |

I had one with the LeMay factory mod that sounded “ more Lucious” than other 112’s. _________________ Mark Twang |
