I just play for fun because I love the PSG.

The two E Strings #4 and # 8 don't change to -D# tuning like their supposed to when I engage my LKL. I'm getting no change at all on the E strings.

I tried to find the problem under the console to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Do you have the hex screws at the endplate tuned for the D# changes on strings 4 and 8?

I got a 70s pull-release Marlen this year and it took me a little bit to tune it correctly. This link from b0b's page describes in very good detail how to tune the guitar.

If you've followed the steps there and you still can't get strings 4 and 8 to lower to D#, it may be something else.

Thank you very much. The picture of the Marlen is an exact match to mine.
