What’s better for shipping besides costs. 2nd Day Air or 5 Day Ground.

I’ve shipped some acoustic guitars 2 day air due to them not being handled as much in the transit process…makes sense to me…..But.. with insurance, it can be pricey…. I feel a good ax is worth it.
