Where'd I get this thumb pick?

I found this in an old stash of picks. It wasn't quite right for me when I got it - probably 25 years ago - but now I find I really like it. I tried google image search with interesting results, but no thumb picks. I'd like to get a backup, but if they are no longer available, that's OK. I'm 82 and probably won't wear it out. Very Happy
