I’ve been using a Hilton active pedal for years with good results. I also have a Goodrich passive pedal which I’ve kept as a back up. I haven’t used the Goodrich for quire a few years, so I pulled it out just to be sure it’s in good working order. It was initially “scratchy” sounding, but it’s been sitting unused for years. I hit the pot with some electrical cleaner and the scratchy sound is gone. I was quite surprised at the difference in tone. Some people call it more “mellow”. I think I like it, but I fully understand it’s personal opinion and don’t want to open a debate on the subject Winking I’m going to use it for band practice and at our next gig as an experiment. Now, here’s my question: I’ve searched and can’t find a source for a replacement pot, should I need one. Any suggestions?

Bill Ferguson and Tom Bradshaw, for starters. Both accessible thru the forum.
