Hound Dog vs Mercury Cyclops

I'm looking at two dobros. The OMI Hound Dog sq neck is around $600 and the Mercury Cyclops sq neck is $850. The Mercury Cyclops is from 1995 and the Hound Dog is from 1990. Is this enough details to comment on? Which should I get? It looks like the Hound Dog has been played more.
