Hey.....simple question. I run a Match Box 7A with my pedal steel (GFI Ultra) and really prefer the tone with it, since I use an EBjr pot pedal.

I want to incorporate an OD pedal tomorrow at my gig (Lovepedal Dover Drive). I know the pedal sounds great with just the steel, but I've never tried it with the Match Box, and won't be able to before the show tomorrow, hence my question....

Do you use overdrive before or after your buffer? Does it make much of a difference?

FWIW, they will be the only effects before my volume pedal, and will just run a delay/phaser after.

Thanks!
