I expect that there are people here who know. I'm only making a guess. The general profile here is consistent with pics I've seen of young Paul Franklin.

That's what I was thinking, Jon. Seems to be a resemblance to the video of Paul with Jerry Reed "I Dont Know About You". Sure sounds like Paul to me!
