I have several Boss pedals and have a 9 volt 500 ma power supply. The manual calls for 85 ma. Question is if I use this 500 ma supply, will it damage the unit? The units in question are a DD-7 and an RT-20. Any help would be appreciated.

The 500ma is the maximum that the power supply can provide. The pedals will only draw what they need. It will not damage them.
