title says it all...will consider an S12, I'll include some money ...

I just like the way the smaller keyless fits me...pedals offset to the right...and I'm a fan of the changer, although it surely is harder to touch up the tuning when you need a wrench to do it...

Standard 3x5, with upgrades - a pad, wood neck, & Telonics pickup...color is Bordeaux, a very dark kind of red
