In Need of an Electronic Guru

This is a little off music related topic, but I need some help. Can anyone that understands capacitors in ceiling fans pm me? Finally reached the manufacturer. They are sending me both capacitors and pull chain switch for both of my fans. What makes it really cool is they are 13 years old and they're not charging me anything!
