Anyone got a part I need for my Fender 2000. I am looking for the 'ashtray' cover that goes over the strings r.h.s.

Search EBay. A seller has several Fender 2000 parts available.

The “ashtray” bridge covers for the Fender pedal steels are very rare. There are three different styles, and the ones for the 800/2000 (with the big embossed “F”) are no exception. The last one of that style that I remember being listed eventually sold for $75, plus shipping.
