Acoustic 134 for steel?

Anyone tried one of these?
There's one locally available that has been turned into a head.

Pics I've found show a large reverb tank with level, speed and intensity controls.

I’ve never tried one, but it sounds interesting. Four 10” speakers (old plug-magnet style), tremolo, reverb, and about 100 watts of power. (No mid control, though.) Keep in mind that complete originals can sell for less than $300, so you shouldn’t pay more than about $100-$150 for one that’s been turned (butchered?) into a head.

(Give it a good tryout before you buy it, it’s a 50 year-old amp.)

Man these amps are great. I used one for a long time, they sort of sound like a smoother super reverb. They were pretty popular with jazz fusion players for a while (Pat Metheny and Ryo Kawasaki both used them for some time). It is certainly a fender cleans styled amp, so I am sure it would sound good with a steel.
