Hi. Looking for a Sho-Bud pickup for restoring an old LDG model. Would this be the correct pickup? Or is this for a Maverick or some other model?

Yes, that's the later model; two screws in front and one in back with spacer between plastic levels..and that is a narrow mount original sho~bud pickup.
