Parts are hard to come by |

| Rains rods shouldn’t be hard to make since they use the push on retainers and thus don’t require a hole for a hairpin or a slot although those would work too. You just need to be able to cut threads & make a bend. I suppose the measurement might be difficult if you don’t have one to go by. Might be a little trial & error involved. |
