I have a National Reso Phonic at my store, s/n T 1098 in good condition. No pick up. Any thoughts on a value?? |

Perhaps you could post a photo of the guitar and/or a model #. There are many styles of National guitars. It would be hard to place any idea of value without further information. |

Based on the post-War serial, we must be talking about these:
There might be some small difference in value depending on round vs square neck, though I assume we're talking about the 1033 Hawaiian on this forum. FYI, they never came with pickups. |

I sold a pretty nice one on Reverb.com 4 years ago for $900. I was happy to get that and the buyer was equally happy. More recent actual sales on Reverb range from $1100-$1600. The ones currently for sale on that sight are quite a bit overpriced, in my opinion, at $1800-$2000. |

The one on the left is the Spanish version. It typically goes for a little more than the Hawaiian version just because there are more people that play Spanish guitar.
Reverb does not post what anything has sold for; the only prices that remain listed are asking prices (assuming there's the option to make an order). |
