Hi all, first post to the Forum, what a great resource this is and I’m probably foolish for waiting so long to use it!

I bought a wild and thrifty PSG from music go round, the manager told me he was sure it was a DIY kit build from the 80s, and it looked to be made of Sho Bud parts. It’s really finnicky though. I tried restringing it but the lever action is wonky. Engaging my RKL and LKR pedals that pitchshift down, the pitch very barely lowers but then it shifts up when fully engaged. The upper changer fingers start moving when they should be later in the action of these lever engagements.

Any idea how to fix this?! I’m stumped. Pictures included:

If it were mine, and I lived anywhere near the Twin Cities, I would bring it to Clem Schmitz in Crystal.
