This is one of the Fender amp switches with the small lights, and momentary rather than mechanical switches.. I think it might have come from a Princeton Chorus I once owned[GREAT little SS amp!].. Its made in USA, probably from the 90's. The switches are labeled Channel Select and Chorus, but I imagine can be used for any amp function that uses a momentary switch.. Has a 1/4 jack, but most likely uses a stereo type 1/4 cable.. Too lazy to open it up, but will if pushed into it.. I dunno, probably worth $25 shipped, but will let it go a lot cheaper if anyone is local... bob
