Show Pro SD10 3&5, $3200+shipping. I will ship conus.
It has a pad which Jim Devoe had made. I like it. Super sounding and playing steel. Selling because I just got a new D10 Show Pro.

Please reply here if you pm me.

It looks like the cutout in the pad has contains a Tele style control plate? Is that right? And, if it is, what do the controls do? I'd think that it's likely a 2 or 3 position Tele toggle switch that'd select tonal cuts, ( or not), in the pickup and maybe a volume control, and maybe a tone? A pic of what's up with that cutout section might be helpful for cats to see. -just sayin...

Cool looking steel, and. is the pad a bit taller than most? It looks like a taller/thicker one that'd affect the height of a picking hand, more like the height of how the strings on a back neck relate to the front.

Cheers.

Thank you for the questions.

The "tele" style switch is a three position switch which changes the tone coming from the steel. Not sure of the arrangement. I can only assume, one side of the 705, then both sides, then the other side.
The knobs are, I believe volume and tone. I leave them all the way up.

The pad is much higher than what you would expect a pad to be. After having owned the steel and playing it with the pad, I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'll see if I can upload a pic of the tele type switch.

Thanks again for looking,

Wayne Baker

I had a friend who owned an upholstery shop make pad and help install it. The pad worked great. It has plenty of room to get to controls plus it is high enough that controls do not interfere with you arms on pad. We do not play as much anymore so I made the decision that one guitar is enough. Someone will be getting a super guitar at a great price . Thank god for willies road house is all I can say. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE !

Well, I appreciate all the questions and comments. Since no one has come forward to purchase my Purple Show Pro, I'm removing it from the market. No longer for sale. But I'll leave this here for you...
