IMHO this one has turned out better than the 1st one - I'm going to cut the top off of the 1st one and that should help it - #2 is a different granite and I've decided to leave all but the bottom of the bar facing downward in the pic, not polished as it makes it easier to hold plus it saves a LOT of time!! It might be hard to tell on the photo but that's how I'm going to make them from now on - This one is just shy of 3/4" thick - OBVIOUSLY the material, size & shape of tone bars is personal preference and by NO means do I intend these to be the best one for whomever!

Just my comparing it to the SHUBB Basic bar I have the granite one seems to have a brighter and clearer tone with more resonance but that's just me -

I would like a volunteer with a LOT more skills and experience in CONUS to let me send them one for them to "play" with so if you're interested please PM me!
